Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
Most orders typically ship out in 3-5 Business Days via UPS or Fed Ex Ground. It may take slightly longer to ship when we have many orders to process. Certain custom orders require up to 8-12 weeks to fill. This information is available in the product description portion of each product if it standardly takes more than 1 week to ship. We rely on our manufacturers to stock items and update us when items are backordered.
For orders outside the USA: Please email us your daytime phone number. Buyer is responsible for any duties and taxes if they are levied.
CityChair.com offers a No-Risk, 30-Day, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a product price refund or exchange. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise.
The shipping fees will not be refunded. On Free Shipping items the shipping charges are included in the price but you will still be charged for round trip shipping costs incurred by City Chair. The buyer is resonsible for any and all return shipping costs and fees
Please be careful when ordering your furniture and let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the right furniture for your situation. Always take time to measure the space you are placing the furniture. Any returns must be in their original packaging. Items will not be authorized for return after 30 days from the delivery date. Your credit card will be refunded once the manufacturer receives the returned item.
All returned items must be in new/original condition in which received. Merchandise that has been reported as perfect condition by the customer before return will be charged if item is received damaged. A return authorization is required for all returns. Please contact support@citychair.com to obtain a return authorization. If merchandise is received damaged, please notify your delivery person of the damage. They will follow the proper procedure for damaged merchandise. Shipping Carrier will not pick-up merchandise if it is not in its original packaging.
If merchandise is received damaged upon delivery, the customer must contact customer service within 24 hours to report damage and to receive a return authorization. All original packing material must be kept for return. It is the customer's responsibility to keep all packing materials, boxes, and documentation for any return. CityChair.com is not responsible for any items that are discarded by the customer. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE MUST BE RECEIVED BACK IN OUR WAREHOUSE BEFORE ANY REPLACEMENT OR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. Full purchase price will be refunded, less any exchange fees and all shipping fees, within 30 days of purchase. Custom orders are cancelable within 48 hours of order date. Please contact our sales department at 888-977-CITY (2489) with further questions.
All pre-owned and/or used chairs may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, credit or size/color exchange less shipping and any associated upgrade costs.
The customer shall be responsible for all maintenance service consisting of lubrication and cleaning of the product, minor assembly and adjustment and performing operation checks. The manufacturer will have no warranty obligation if the product is subjected to abuse, alteration, misuse, negligence or accident or if the customer fails to perform the maintenance service referred to above.
Any Cancellation is subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. CityChair.com reserves the right to implement or waive this fee. If the item is missing a part or needs a part which was damaged, CityChair.com will send a replacement part for the item. If an item shipped overseas arrives damaged or with a part missing, CityChair.com will send replacement parts.
